Our Values are Baked In

Baking has been a family activity since our founder, Stephanie Croley, opened a small cafe in Greenville, SC, in 1990.

The cafe was so successful, Stephanie opened a wholesale bakery in 1992 with eight employees.

The company’s growth was so rapid, Muffin Mam moved to new production facilities twice in the next five years, settling in the current plant located in Simpsonville, SC.

In 2014, Stephanie passed away leaving the business in the care of the company’s dedicated leaders.

In 2018, Muffin Mam was acquired by Azalea Capital. Under its auspices, we are poised for significant growth and technology enhancements. Plans are in the works for expansion to a second facility that will significantly expand capacity.

But our commitment today is the same as it was when we started. Great products, a responsive team, wholesome ingredients.
